The ATACH Progress Tracker monitors progress made by countries and areas that have committed to the COP26 Health Programme. It is based on ATACH baseline data, initially collected in October 2023 and March 2024, with additional data submitted by countries and areas as they joined ATACH.
The tracker has been updated with findings from the 2025 WHO Global Survey on Climate Change and Health, conducted between May and September 2025. Progress updates are collected periodically and include information and supporting documents on activities completed since 2020, covering:
- Vulnerability and Adaptation (V&A) assessments;
- Health National Adaptation Plans (HNAPs);
- Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions assessments of health systems; and
- Low-Carbon and Sustainable Health Systems (LCSHS) action plans or roadmaps
Relevant country documents (e.g. V&A assessments, HNAPs, GHG assessments and action plans) can be viewed in the country table below. Countries may have conducted or developed multiple versions of these assessments and plans. The table presents the most recent version available to ATACH at the time of data collection and does not capture all previous or subsequent versions.
