The Uganda Ministry of Health (MoH) has collaboratively developed the Climate Change and Health National Adaptation Plan (HNAP) 2024/25 -2029/30 based on the findings of the Vulnerability and Adaption Assessment (VAA) conducted in 2023 to guide climate change adaption by the health sector. This HNAP should be used to mobilize the required technical and financial resources nationally and globally. This effort should be replicated at the sub-national level to ensure we build a climate-resilient health system.
