The Early Warning and Response System for climate-sensitive diseases (EWARS-csd) is a predictive model with a web-based dashboard to predict outbreaks in diseases such as dengue, chikungunya, zika, malaria, and cholera. The dashboard uses historic datasets to analyze and draw conclusions, identify appropriate alarm indicators, and build an early warning system to detect outbreaks in real-time.
This resource comes with a series of videos and a user manual which contain step-by-step instructions to implement EWARS-csd, including organizing data, using the software, and analyzing and interpreting results.
