Creats International
Creats International is a community-driven development organization dedicated to strengthening climate-resilient health systems and improving the wellbeing of vulnerable populations. With extensive experience in climate adaptation, and sustainable livelihoods, the organization provides technical support aligned with the COP26 Health Programme Commitments. Our expertise spans climate-informed health programming, including climate risk assessments, early warning and response systems, public health education, and strengthening local health service delivery. We integrate climate-smart agriculture, water security interventions, clean energy solutions, and community resilience training to address the environmental determinants of health.
The organization has a proven track record in mobilizing communities, conducting evidence-based programming, and partnering with government agencies to scale climate and health solutions. Through continuous capacity building, policy advocacy, and multi-sector collaboration, we support national efforts to create low-carbon, climate-resilient health systems. We hope that through a combination of our technical know-how coupled with deep community engagement, Creats International is well poised to contribute meaningfully to the implementation of the COP26 Health Programme Commitments and to advance the climate-resilient development both at the local, national, regional, and international level.
