This report presents participatory qualitative research documenting how climate change affects the health, wellbeing, and protection of women with disabilities in Kenya and Uganda. Based on in‑depth interviews with women with disabilities, it shows how floods, heat, and drought exacerbate health inequities, disrupt livelihoods, limit access to healthcare, and increase risks of gender-based violence. The report also highlights concrete, community‑driven recommendations for more equitable and inclusive climate policy and action within a Planetary Health framework.
