ClimaHealth is a global open-access platform developed by WMO and WHO to serve as a technical reference point on climate services for health. The platform includes an evidence synthesis on climate change and health, along with resources, case studies, tools, events and step-by-step guidance framework to support implementation.
The framework details the process of integrating climate services in health systems. It provides a six-step guidance on how to identify, envision, develop, and apply climate services for health, directing users to relevant resources, frameworks, and case examples. It also supports with the identification of needs-tailored climate services, and conducting feasibility assessments with a Readiness Toolkit. The framework can be applied at any stage of the process, ideally prior to the implementation of climate services, to build a foundation with an enabling environment.
