Yale Center on Climate Change and Health
The Yale Center on Climate Change and Health (CCCH) utilizes Yale's multidisciplinary expertise and global reach to train future leaders, provide a comprehensive educational program, and catalyze innovative research, all to address one of the greatest public health challenges of the 21st century. The Yale Program on Health Care Environmental Sustainability (Y-PHES) within the Yale Center on Climate Change and Health is dedicated to improving the environmental performance of health care itself through basic and implementation research, public policy and advocacy, and education. The YCCCH collaborates with civil society and government partners to utilize science-based action in the service of our mission. The policy unit seeks to maximize our impact by leveraging YCCCH research and public health practice projects to inform policy and by helping our researchers formulate their research to have the greatest likelihood to affect policy change.
