ONS is the National Statistical Office of the United Kingdom (UK) government and the UK’s largest producer of official statistics. Their areas of work include environmental (including environmental accounts, greenhouse gas emissions, natural capital) and health (including mortality and morbidity) data and statistics. Their Standards for Official Statistics on Climate-Health Interactions (SOSCHI) project with a wide range of international partners is developing measures of health impacts of climate change aimed at global implementation to support adaptation strategies, public health interventions and monitoring of health outcomes, based on state of the art methodologies.
