The hybrid event "Health at the Heart of Climate Action: Turning Frameworks into Reality", co-hosted by The Global Health Centre's International Geneva Global Health Platform, the Global Climate & Health Alliance, and the World Health Organization, will take place on Thursday, 20 February 2025 at 12:30-14:00 CET.
This event will serve as the first occasion of the year to take stock of the crucial initiatives on health and climate change adopted at COP29 and pave the road towards COP30. It will bring together experts from government, international organisations, and civil society to address these questions. Through dialogue, it will aim to identify actionable steps to keep health central to the global climate response.
