The technical meeting on healthcare leadership aims to foster a collaborative and action-oriented environment to support country-level implementation needs. This meeting will bring together a diverse array of knowledge, experiences, and approaches from multiple contributors within the ATACH membership, emphasizing the sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and technical interventions. Designed to be highly interactive, the meeting will feature a panel discussion and Q&A session to encourage active participation and engagement.
This meeting on healthcare leadership will aim to:
- Identify key leadership competencies necessary for pursuing sustainability goals;
- Describe best practices in identifying and addressing leadership development needs;
- Identify barriers and showcase examples of success in overcoming them to strengthen sustainable healthcare leadership.
