COP29 ATACH Day: "The Future We Want"

On Tuesday, 19 November 2024, the Alliance for Transformative Action on Climate and Health (ATACH) will host a full day of events at the COP29 Health Pavillion (Blue Zone). The programme will run from 9:00 - 18:15 (GMT+4 Baku time), followed by a networking opportunity with the ATACH community from 18:15 - 19:15 (GMT+4, Baku time).

Following the COP29 Human Development/Health Day on 18 November, the COP29 ATACH Day will bring together key constituencies and stakeholders in climate change and health around reflections and discussions on the desired future for action at the nexus of climate change and health.

The ATACH Day will explore actions needed to implement climate resilient and low carbon sustainable health systems and health promoting climate action by other sectors, and the ways forward to support progress through the ATACH.
